femto Farad Probe

fF-Probe

The fF-Probe measures very low capacitances with a resolution of 0.1 fF. The fF-Probe works on the principle of transimpedance and is restricted to two pole connection schemes. The complex impedance is measured for low capacitance determination. Besides complex impedance, sample capacity, resistive and DC contributions can also be determined.
