ZAHNER Live Support

Sometimes it isn't always easy to fix an issue via telephone or email. ZAHNER Support can remotely access your computer to try and troubleshoot your issue.

To do this, you will need a reliable connection to the internet. Wi-Fi is ok, but a direct ethernet connection is recommended.

Download TeamViewer from the following link

The TeamViewer QuickSupport module will be downloaded to your browsers default download location. You don't have to install any software or grant administrator privileges.

Run TeamViewer QuickSupport

Double click the TeamViewer icon to launch TeamViewer. You will see the QuickSupport panel open and you will be assigned an ID number and Password. Call ZAHNER +49-9261-9621190 and ZAHNER Support will need both of these in order to remotely connect to your computer. Once a connection is made, you will see a connection window appear showing our login name, which means we now have access to your computer.

A few things you might need to know:

  1. You can see our cursor move around the screen when navigating, but we can't see your cursor.
  2. TeamViewer settings often remove your desktop background for the time that the connection is made. This is to make it easier for our Support Team to navigate around your computer.
  3. TeamViewer is a secure connection, and ONLY people with your ID and Password can remotely access your computer. We cannot access your computer if you do not allow us to do so, and without knowing your password. The password will refresh each time you make a new connection.
