The ZENNIUM E4 is a high-performance electrochemical workstation at a surprising affordable price. Besides a potentiostat / galvanostat it bears a frequency response analyzer unit (FRA) for promoting impedance spectroscopy. It provides high-end features like a frequency range up to 4 MHz, a max. current of ±2.0 A, a controlled voltage of ±12 V and an input impedance of 10 TΩ || 5 pF. The ZENNIUM E4 is a perfect workstation for a wide range of electrochemical applications with focus on corrosion, coatings and laminates.

It can be extended by a number of ZAHNER probes.

ZENNIUM E4 was developed using our 35 years of experience in producing high-precision electrochemical workstations and potentiostats / galvanostats of the high-end class. The ZENNIUM E4 is a revolution in the field of compact electrochemical workstations. Since it is equipped with a freqency response analyzer (FRA) unit on-board for the immediate promotion of impedance spectroscopy it can be seen as a unique tool for nearly all kinds of electrochemical measurements during the daily research routine. It provides a wide frequency range from 10 μHz to 4 MHz, an output current up to ±2.0 A and a fast signal processing. Special measurement techniques guarantee an ultra high accuracy and a minimal interference with the test object. The ZENNIUM E4 can be easily switched from grounded to floating operation.

ZENNIUM E4 comes bundled with the outstanding THALES XT software package which offers all standard methods and more at a mouse click. This is why the Zennium E4 can easily be adapted to very different measurement requirements. Furthermore, with the probes available, the ZENNIUM E4 is able to grow with its tasks:

  • Compliance Voltage up to ±120 V (CVB120)
  • Input Impedance up to 1000 TΩ (HiZ Probe)
  • FRA interface to 3rd-party electronic loads or potentiostats (FRA Probe)
